At Exergonic, we specialise in supporting individuals living with chronic illness, recovering from injury, or seeking greater wellbeing. Our founder, Shawn Duckers, blends lived experience with evidence-based strategies to help clients make lasting health improvements.

Bespoke Tailored Coaching for Long-Term Health Improvements

GP Referrals – Chronic Ill-Health Support

We work in partnership with the NHS to support people living with long-term conditions like heart disease, diabetes, pulmonary disease, osteoporosis, poor mental health, injury rehabilitation, and weight management. Includes full non-invasive health assessments, with results communicated to primary care providers using appropriate clinical terminology.

Proprioception & Fall Prevention Classes

Low-intensity movement sessions designed to improve balance, control, motor skills, and body awareness — helping to reduce falls and injuries. Ideal for older adults or those at risk of physical decline.

Mental Wellbeing Support

Education-led sessions built on lived experience, helping empower individuals by understanding the underlying causes of mental wellbeing decline and ways to reduce its severity. This includes holistic tools and techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and low mood effectively.

In-Depth Health Assessments

We offer a wide range of non-invasive health checks including blood testing (cholesterol and sugars), BMI, BMR, VO₂ Max, blood pressure, lung function, PHQ-9, and GAD-7. Results are documented in medical language for use by NHS professionals.

Nutrition & Weight Management

Support for healthy eating, calorie management, and lifestyle change — with a focus on sustainable habits. Includes expert guidance on plant-based diets and behaviour change strategies.

Bespoke Wellbeing Programme Design

We create and deliver targeted wellbeing programmes for specific client groups. Commissioned by the NHS and delivered to measurable outcomes, these are ideal for organisations looking to improve health outcomes across communities.
